Traditional Storage - Managed Media Libraries
To complement the traditional practice of offsite storage we are able to deliver a brand new service unique to Tiver. This service involves Tiver deploying operators to not only deliver and collect media in accordance with customer schedules, but to also undertake contracted loading and unloading of media from backup servers and libraries.
Our media operators enter the customer offices, server rooms and data centre spaces to support the backup process across PCs and servers with single slot tape drives, autoloaders and large tape libraries.
 We can perform basic backup operator functions with your backup software and we are familiar in the operation of tape drives and hardware from all the major vendors.
